The Sounds of the Atlantic Chorus is proud to announce that the Lady Sharks Women’s Ensemble and the Mixed choir both received excellent ratings, on March 8, 2012, at the District 6 Music Performance Assessment, held at Mainland High School. Alex Ulrich received a superior rating for student conducting. Congratulations to all. Hard work pays off.

The ‘Sounds of The Atlantic” Chorus is proud to announce that Alex Ulrich has been selected to participate in the Florida All State Concert Chorus. This chorus is made up of the best singers in the state of Florida and Alex was selected after a very rigorous audition process.  Alex will represent Atlantic at the Florida Music Educators Conference in Tampa, Florida in the month of January. Honorable mention goes out to Sara Gaver for scoring well on all facets of the audition process. Congratulations to both students!

Atlantic High School will be performing the popular musical GREASE! for our spring production.  Auditions will be held the second week after returning to school.  January 9, 10, & 11.  Be ready to sing your favorite upbeat tune either from Grease or any other musical comedy.  Readings will be cold from the script so watch the movie over your holiday season and get ready to Rock and Roll to the super songs of GREASE!
