- What is the PERT? Post Education Readiness Test
- Why do I need to take it? College placement exam used by colleges and universities in the state of Florida to determine what level of college courses an applicant is adequately prepared for.
- When do I take it? February 17th or 18th
- How do I register? Complete the Microsoft Forms document by scanning the QR code below.

Golf Tournament April 11
On April 11th, the Atlantic High School golf program is hosting the 11th Annual Zac Adrian Memorial Atlantic H.S. Golf Tournament at The Daytona Beach Golf Club. You will play in a 4-person scramble followed by a delicious lunch and awards ceremony. Awards will be given out for the lowest team score, lowest runner-up team score, highest team score, long drive, accurate drive, longest putt and closest to the pin on several holes. If you aren’t lucky enough to win one of those awards, there will be over $1000 in door prizes!

Income Verification Form
The purpose of this form is to determine eligibility for income based programs and benefits. If your family wishes to be considered for services that are based on income, please complete this form and submit it online. If you have a direct certification letter that was mailed to your home, you do not need to complete this form. The letter can serve as income verification.
