Welcome to your senior year!
Your Graduation Ceremony will be at the Ocean Center in May 2026. The following is a list of some of the senior activities and events. Please Note: all dates, times, and fees are subject to change.
Check the school website, atlanticsharks.com frequently for updated information. Look under "Student Life / Senior Class of 2026". NOW is the time to make an appointment to have your Senior Yearbook picture taken by Dean Stewart Photography. The deadline to book your appointment at DSP studio is December 20th. These are the only pictures that may be used in the yearbook.

Grad Bash Tickets on Sale $150 for AHS Grads only. Cost includes transportation, hopper pass to 2 Universal theme parks and all GRAD BASH festivities. Pay online through V-Portal Turn in permission slip to Activities Office after purchase to secure your spot. The first 50 to pay are guaranteed a seat on the bus. Grad Bash trip is April 17th. If there are more seniors that wish to go, we may order a second bus, allowing an additional 50 seniors to attend. Don’t wait! |

Your speech may be selected for one of the following: Senior Awards, Baccalaureate, Graduation. Pick up an application from Dr. Culver’s office in Guidance office. |

Prom Tickets on Sale – through GoFan All obligations must be paid to purchase a prom ticket. Guests must have a signed contract (pick up in SRC) All contracts must be submitted to SRC for pre-approval. PROM Souvenir key chains can be picked up in front of the Activities Office after ticket purchase. |

PROM at the Brannon Center – 7pm – 10pm Seniors, Juniors and their pre-approved guests. Tickets will go on sale through GoFan March 23-April 2. All obligations must be paid to attend Prom. |

GRAD BASH 2024 to Universal! Bus loads at 4pm meet in the auditorium – returning at 3:30am the following morning. Hopper passes to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure – Grad Bash Festivities all night! |

Senior Exam Week & Textbook Return - Be prepared for your final exams. Return all textbooks, laptops, library books to the Media Center as soon as you are finished with them. |

SENIOR PICNIC & Senior Class Auction– FREE EVENT FOR ALL SENIORS! (Senior Dues must be paid to enter) Yearbook signing / lunch provided / prizes. Bring your beach chair, frisbee, beach ball, music and have fun with your senior class! You last time on campus with your senior class. Senior Class CLAP OUT at the end of the picnic (walk the AHS courtyard for the last time).

SENIOR DRIVE THRU CAR PARADE: CAP & GOWN DISTRIBUTION - 5:30pm - 6:30pm Pick up Cap/Gowns, Teacher Awards, Academy Cords & Senior gifts! Decorate your car, bring your family as you drive through our parent loop and front of school. DJ music will be playing. Special giveaways for decorated cars. You don't want to miss this event!

BACCALAUREATE - open to all seniors / wear cap & gown – 6pm This is a ceremony to offer a blessing to our senior class. This is an optional event for any senior and their families that wish to attend. 6pm at Our Lady of Hope. |

SENIOR AWARDS - by invitation only - 6pm This prestigious award ceremony will be limited to major scholarship recipients, Wall of Fame recognition and those with academic accolades. Invitations will be sent out in May. If you have received any major scholarships, please let your counselor know.

GRADUATION REHEARSAL - MANDATORY for all graduating seniors – 8AM at Ocean Center Arrive one hour before rehearsal for your seating assignment and line up. All students must provide their own transportation. This is a required practice for all seniors planning to participate in the Graduation ceremony. Students who do not attend this practice may not walk at Graduation. Attire: dress comfortable and bring the shoes you plan to wear at graduation ceremony. |

GRADUATION CEREMONY 4pm at the Ocean Center. Seniors should report to their assigned area at the Ocean Center by one hour before ceremony. Attire: cap & gown, dresses / dress pants, dress shoes. Collared shirts / ties. AHS stoles, honor & academy cords only. NO jeans or sneakers. The ceremony will last approximately 90 minutes. Tickets will go on sale May 1-22.
