Individual Responsibilities

 

All members are expected to attend regular meetings at least twice per month
 

President

(a) Preside at officer meetings, class meetings, and class sponsored events; (b) Plan and organize class sponsored activities, programs, and special events; (c) Perform other such duties as may be required by the by-laws, officer contract, or SGA/Class sponsor.  

Vice President

 (a) Preside in the President’s absence at officer meetings, class meetings, and class sponsored events; (b) Plan and organize class sponsored activities and special events; (c) Perform other such duties as may be required by the by-laws, officer contract, or SGA/Class sponsor.

Secretary

(a) Attend all general correspondence of the class; (b) Keep minutes of all officer meetings; (c) Preserve the records of the class; (d) Perform other such duties as may be required by the by-laws, officer contract, or SGA/Class sponsor. 

Treasurer

(a) Plan and organize fund raising activities; (b) Maintain accurate financial records for all funds raised and spent; ( c) Track account budget; (d) Perform other such duties as may be required by the by-laws, officer contract, or SGA/Class sponsor.

Communications Coordinator

(a) Organize and coordinate information between SGA/Class Board to school administration, faculty, student body, and community members; (b) Organize and coordinate any advertising needs for fund raisers, activities, and general information (c) Perform other such duties as may be required by the by-laws, officer contract, or SGA/Class sponsor.
